RASopathies are a group of developmental syndromes caused by germline mutations of genes within the Ras/MAPK signalling pathway. It is termed”mosaic rasopathies” when these mutations present in mosaic form. can result in distinctive syndromes, including Noonan syndrome, Costello syndrome, and neurofibromatosis type 1.
