  • Step 1: Sign-up or Log in
    Sign-up an account to fill in your personal information. If you have already registered, you may login here.
  • Step 2: Fill up Participant Details
    Fill in your information and save. 
  • Step 3: Confirm & Payment
    Complete the Payment in order to submit your abstract.
  • Step 4: Submit your Abstract
    Fill in author and abstract information and save. 
  • Step 5: Abstract Submission Acknowledgement
    After the abstract submission, an abstract submission acknowledgement will be sent to you via your registered email.

Abstract Submission Guideline

  • The title must be brief, concise, and in CAPITAL LETTERS.
  • Authors: Please enter your name and your colleagues’ names as you wish them to appear in the Final Program. Corresponding authors must provide the organizers with their full mailing address, office hours phone number and email address. Author and co-author information must be provided including the first and last names of all authors, their department, institution / hospital, city, state if applicable and country. Abstracts must contain original scientific data collected by the author(s).
  • The Abstract text (excluding the authors and affiliations) should have a maximum of 250 words.
  • The Scientific Committee reserves the right to determine whether a submission is accepted as a one of the categories of submission and its decision is final. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to edit abstracts for grammar and clarity. The Scientific Committee reserves the rights to reject any submission.
  • Do not include references in the abstract.
  • Do not include keywords in the abstract.
  • Abbreviations should be spelled out, in parenthesis, in its first use in the abstract.

E-Poster Guidelines
 
  • You must use this template slide as your starting point
  • E-Poster must confirm to the guideline below
  • Please make sure to fill in details for the Header fields above, ie., Title, Authors, Institution - Underline the presenting author
  • Please make sure to fill in your Poster Number (as above). Your Poster Number will be provided to you inthe acceptance email.
  • Each poster must fit into ONE slide only  in portrait orientation
  • Text Size must be readable from at least 1 meter away (minimum font size 16pt)
  • The headings of the presentation should conform to the structure of the abstract

  • Save as pdf file and keep file size to 1mb and below
  • For images, use any image format that power-point or adobe illustration  / in design will accept. Ensure the size is kept to a reasonable limit. If it is too large, please crop the image. Low-resolution images that appear jagged or pixelated on your monitor will display poorly on the monitors 
  • Incomplete / non-compliant posters will not be accepted
  • You may remove these guidelines texts / box
  • To produce your e-poster, save your file as PDF format. We recommend that you choose Minimum Size for the PDF save option to ensure you do not exceed our maximum file size limit of 1mb
     
  • The deadline to upload E-poster is on 18 September 2024 @ 1200
     
Oral Free Paper Presentation Guideline:
 
  • You must use this template slide as your starting point
  • Oral presentation slot – 10 minutes (6 mins presentation & 4 mins Q&A)
  • The presentation must be presented in the English language
  • You are advised to adhere strictly to the time allocated to avoid upsetting the scientific programme
  • Only PowerPoint presentations, Office 2007 – 2019 or Office 365 will be accepted.
  • The slide presentations should be set in 16:9 ratio format as the projection will be in that ratio. lf the format is in 4:3 ratio, 2 black bars on both sides of the projection screen will be visible.
  • Pictures must be in the following format: *.jpg, *.gif, *.tiff, or *.bmp (format *.pict will NOT be allowed).
  • Video files attached to power point presentations must be in the following format: *.mpg, *.mpeg, *.avi or *.wmv. The format *.mov (quick time) will NOT be accepted. When saving final presentations to USB stick, all video files, if any, and all links to these multimedia files must be included.
  • lf you use a version of Power Point 2010 or above (e.g. 2013, 2016, 2019 or 365), all the videos must be embedded in the PowerPoint presentation files.
  • Presentations must be saved on a USB drive for loading. Presentations cannot be done directly from personal laptops or devices as connections will not be made available.
