Primary cutaneous lymphomas(CL) in children is rare.Mycosis fungoides and lymphomatoid papulosis appear to be the most prevalent childhood lymphoma. Latest literature suggests that most paediatric lymphomas share similarity in terms ofclinicopathological features and course as with adults counterparts, especially in the group of cutaneous T-cell lymphomas.Diagnostic work-up and treatment of paediatric patients usually require multidisciplinary team work withpaediatric haematopathologists and oncologists.
