Approach to Eosinophilic Dermatitis

Eosinophils are found in the skin in many diseases, Their presence can be either specific or nonspecific. The anatomical structures of skin are very unique in the way that they are divided into different compartments. The patterns of eosinophilic infiltration in different compartments and their structural changes are different in each disease.
This presentation will demonstrate the systemic approach of eosinophilic dermatitis by using the change of anatomical structures of skin combining with patterns of cellular infiltrate and some specific clues that to make the more reasonable and correct diagnosis of eosinophilic dermatitis.
