Special Highlights from ILDS

ILDS consists of over 200 member societies from over 100 countries, representing over 200,000 dermatologists worldwide.Its vision is to achieve the best possible Skin Health for the World.It has three major areas of focus.1. Interacts with WHO: ILDS is the only dermatological or 2. Organizes World Congress of Dermatology; and 3. Through International Foundation of Dermatology, supports skin care education and delivery in under-resourced areas of the world.It supports Regional Dermatology Training Centre in Moshi, Tanzania (established 1990), and has just started supporting the establishment of Pacific Dermatology Training Centre in Fiji.
